Zac Price
Zac was born and raised in Monroe, and Noticed carries a lot of his heart for this town. After years serving locally as a pastor, walking alongside students, families, and neighbors, Zac wanted to help create a space where people could feel genuinely welcomed, known, and taken care of.
As co-founder and shop lead, Zac is often the one you’ll see around the café, talking with guests, encouraging the team, and making sure Noticed feels like more than just a place to grab coffee. His love for Monroe and his natural gift for connection shape the warmth, hospitality, and community feel of the shop.

Jordan Sanberg
Jordan is a co-founder of Noticed and helps lead the behind-the-scenes strategy, operations, and business side of the shop. After running a business in Snohomish, he saw how much a thoughtful local business can shape a community and wanted to help bring that same care to downtown Monroe.
With a background in entrepreneurship, systems, and brand building, Jordan helps make sure the vision for Noticed has the structure it needs to last. His role is less about being the face of the café and more about helping the shop stay healthy, intentional, and ready to serve people well.
We Believe in Monroe
Monroe shaped us. Zac grew up here, has spent years serving locally, and has walked alongside students, families, and neighbors in everyday life. Jordan spent two years building a business in nearby Snohomish and meeting from coffee shop to coffee shop, learning how much a good local space can matter.
When we looked around Monroe, we didn’t see a town that needed rewriting. We saw a town that deserved recognizing.
Noticed Coffee Co. is now open in downtown Monroe as our way of celebrating the beauty already here: good people, real conversations, thoughtful design, genuine hospitality, and coffee worth bragging about.
We’re glad to be here. And we hope this shop becomes a place Monroe feels proud to call its own.
