We Believe in Monroe
Monroe shaped us. Zac grew up here and has spent the past three years pastoring locally—walking alongside students, families, and neighbors in everyday life. Jordan spent two years building a business in nearby Snohomish, conducting meetings from every coffee shop in the county. When he explored Monroe’s options, he realized this town was missing a café worth bragging about. We don’t see a place that needs rewriting; we see one that deserves recognition.
Noticed is our way of celebrating Monroe’s existing beauty—by giving its people a space that feels intentional, warm, and wholly their own.
